*Please arrive 30 minutes before booking to allow time for sign in and induction.

*NO alcohol is permitted to be consumed 3 hours before or during a game event, otherwise the game event will be cancel on the day and the game bond will not be refundable nor exchangeable.

 Cancellation Policy:

Booking cancellation requests can only be accepted over the phone or via email.

Game bonds that are canceled less than 7 days from the booking date will incur charges and only a partial refund will be provided as set out below:

• 7 days and earlier before the booking: Providing the cancellation notice is received within the 7-day period of the booking date, Arena 149 will provide a full (100% of the game bond) refund.
• 2-7 days before the booking: Providing the cancellation notice is received within the period of 2 to 7 days prior to the booking, Arena 149 will provide a partial (50% of the game bond) refund,
• 48 hours (or less) before the booking: In cases where the cancellation notice is received in the period less than 48 hours prior to the booking, there will be no refunds provided for game bonds.
